making a simple wrap which increase/decrease method should i
Cast on three stitches.
Knit row one.
Purl row two.
Increase by knitting into the front and back of the first and last stitch, knit other stitches.
Purl row four.
Repeat this pattern, increasing on both ends of the knit rows and purling the purl rows, for about a foot.

:shrug: this is the simple wrap pattern i am making which increase should i use from the knitting help videos please?

On this page it is called 'kfb'. It is also known as a bar increase.
