Question for CarmenIbanez
Carmen, I'm going to make your "Baby in a Bag" , but I'm having trouble locating gauge specifics on Bernat Breeze yarn. Can you please tell me how many stitches and rows equal 4", and what weight yarn this is so I can sub? Thanks!

Okay...nevermind. I see it right here on the pattern. Sorry about that!

But can you please tell me what weight yarn the Bernat Breeze is?

The bernat breeze is super bulky, I am pretty sure. I didn't realize until after the pattern was all done that they discontinued bernat breeze. Sorry!

That's okay--it's no problem. I assumed that if the garment was to be knitted on size 13's--along with what the number of stitches were--it would mean it was going to at least be bulky yarn, but I didn't want to assume anything.

My experience is that it isn't super important for a lot of patterns that you used the exact yarn, or even the exact type of yarn. If you can get gauge, then you're good to go!

I can't wait to try this--it will be my first garment! I'm really excited about it also because it's so cute. You're a woman after my own heart--no seaming! Yay!!!
