Plymouth yarns

Has anyone kint anything with Plymouth yarn Sundae Swirl or Bella Color. I want to knit the Baby Blanket and sweater shown for either yarn for my new grandchild, but have never worked with them before. I was going to order them from discontinuedbrandnameyarns and have it delived to my daughter in Florida. Does anyone have a preference between the two..

I bought both from that site. The Sundae Swirl is softer than the Bella Color. I started a sweater in the Bella, and it's ok, but not super soft. It's not harsh or anything, just more plain-cotton feeling, I guess.

I have only knit a tiny swatch with the Sundae Swirl, and it's smoother. I think I'd go with that for a baby blanket, especially.

Thanks for your info. not sure what to do. It is nice to feel the yarn before buying, but I liked the patterns.
