The new board automatically resizes, so you don't have to, but medium is perfect for the boards.

Conti, not sure if you ever got an answer to how to link back to flickr. You're right, they provide HTML code and KH uses bbcode.

In order to make it link you need to write it like this:

Without the spaces.

I just select whatever size I want and right-click to copy the image location. If it adds the extra characters after the ".jpg", I delete them.

see... and with Photobucket there wouldn't even have to be all this discussion how to do it... ya just click on the code and paste it in here. Photobucket also doesn't limit me on how many folders i can have in my free account and it doesnt make blogging my pictures more tedious than it needs to be. I guess there are ads but i find the site looks cleaner (to me) than Flickr does and the ads don't even effect me. (I seriously don't notice them.)

sadly as much as i love photobucket i am going to have to leave them as soon as i find something that works as well for me as it does. They just sold out to Rupert Murdoch's News Corp and I just can't be happy about that. Though I suppose it COULD be fun for me to fill my photobucket account with pictures of "subersive" activities...hrmmm...:thinking:

I'm with Bren! I love, love Photobucket, have I couldn't even imagine how many photos, many, many folders, use the html option to upload photos here, on my blog, everywhere, love, love it is my fave and I have a Pro acct and have for some time.
But, I also have an acct on Flickr because friends had invited and I wanted a Flickr badge for my sidebar on my blog and Ravelry is set up for use with Flickr...depending upon how much I like/use Ravelry I may end up with a pro acct at Flickr, too. But, Photobucket is still my FAVE!

Conti, remove the spaces in the code and it will.

ETA: Okay, figured it out. You need to remove the spaces, and it didn't work for me because you didn't erase everything in mine.

[url_][/url] (without the underscore) around a link will make it a link. [url_=] can be substituted for the first, and then you paste the link after the equal sign. [url_=http://www.hotmail.com]hotmail[/url] without the space will show as hotmail.

[img_][/img] (without the underscore) around a link that ends in an image extension (i.e. jpg, gif, bmp, png, etc.) will show up as an image.

If you use the [url] tag, instead of inserting text (hotmail), you can insert a picture. This will make the picture a link.

Please let me know if all of this makes sense.
