My first sock
Today I finished my first sock! It's from the North Country Cotton baby sock pattern and I used Lion Brand Cotton Ease yarn in Lake. Silver's Sock Class helped a lot. I started it on Friday evening. I've also decided I'm not afraid of DPNs anymore.

Thanks! It's actually a little more blue than gray but I took the picture in my room so the color is a little off.

And another one bites the dust...

Welcome to the world of sock knitters! See, DPNs aren't that scary. How do you like the CottonEase, by the way?

Congrats! And welcome to the land of sock knitters anonymous! sock yarn is small, lightweight, and the socks are easy to carry to knit so it has beome an addiction for me and many others. I promise, once you finish the second sock and put them both on your feet, you will be hooked!
