how do you 'unknit' (tink)?
How do you tink stitches - find it difficult sometimes to pick up stitches after froggins, especially in the round and if i have been shaping so think that unknitting would be better when its not to far back but im not sure how to do it.

Just knit in reverse if that makes any sense...stick the left needle in the last stitch on the right needle and then pull out the working yarn from the stitch on the right then it shifts over to the left needle.

Heh, I was trying to take pictures myself but they were blurry!

Oh, here's a tip: pull the working yarn up a bit; I find it makes inserting the needle a bit easier, especially when using fingering-weight yarn--the stitches are so teeny!

It looks like some sort of cotton or bamboo...why don't you email Theresa and find out? And then share!

If you're doing a pattern that seems tough and you're probably going to be "tinking" a lot, consider putting a "lifeline in"
Amy has a nice video http://http://www.knittinghelp.com/k...iques/misc.php
When using a lifeline, I actually go ahead and pull my needle out first, follow the line where it is and then unravel.
