Three Season Cardigan Jacket (Lion Brand pattern)
I'm thinking of starting this now for mom's Christmas present. It's easy and free from Lion Brand. Has anyone made it?:

I haven't made it, but I think it's adorable! I want one for me now.

I looked over the pattern, and it looks pretty easy to follow. I was already converting it to half-in-the-round in my head.

Thanks for the headsup!

Corrected URL of Pattern
I didn't use the right URL for the pattern,

Here it is:
http://cache.lionbrand.com/patterns/640.html

Oh, AND I noticed at the bottom of it that it's available in Wool-Easy Thick & Quick pattern #764:
http://cache.lionbrand.com/patterns/764.html

That SHOULD make it a quicker knit . BUT, I think I like the original look better, how about you?

The next time Hobby Lobby has a sale on yarn, I'm getting it!

I have tons of worsted acrylic laying around, so I can't buy any more yarn.

And you could always triple-/quadruple-strand for the "chunky" version!

I reviewed the second and noticed that it is written for multiple sizes. The original is a medium only (even though a 48" bust should fit me, mine is 46" and I like some ease).

I think they'll turn out close enough to the same, either way.
