I agree this is REALLY convenient b/c you can just click on the thread and choose your charity~!! I really like that b/c it makes so EASY~

Right now I am finishing squares for Viginia Tech... I really liked it b/c it was SO SIMPLE and EASY~!!

I just ordered the "Knitting For Peace" book from Amazon. I can't wait to get it. I'd like to start knitting for charities also. Thanks for this thread.

I love the book! I've read it from cover to cover have done several of the projects.

What and how does one knit for our troops when there aren't any knitting groups that I am aware of in the community? Where are the items sent and how do you go about sending the items? Thank you. puddles
