WIP: Cabled Baby Sweater
An online pal of mine announced her pregnancy while I was going through a miscarriage. Even though I wanted to make her something, I haven't been able to even think about making a baby item until now.

and folded up: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...bysweater2.gif

using just plain ol' red heart baby soft yarn. Pattern is here:

Wow
The sweater is coming out beautiful. Your doing a wonderful job on it. Can't wait to see it when it's finished.

Thank you so much for sharing the pictures and the pattern for it.

Heather,

The color shows off the cables so nicely!!!

I think it's wonderful that you're able to reach out to her in such a personal way despite your own loss.

I've never made a sweater before, so I'm nervous about the "putting together" part.

I love cables too. Every time I make something with cables, I look at it like "wow, look what I did!"

What a nice gesture! I used that exact yarn/color for my new nephew last year and was very happy with how it handled and turned out.
