Top-down sweater pattern
I'm looking for a top-down, in-the-round, pattern for a short-sleeved summer pullover. Does anyone have a favorite?

Are you looking for free or are you willing to pay a few bucks for the pattern?

NOT free

The Zephyrstyle patterns (Wicked, Rusted Root, etc) are pretty popular and relatively easy. http://www.zephyrstyle.com/knitit.html

Knitting Pure & Simple has a number of top down sweaters, they are all really easy.
