First time posting a FO - I'm a little shy!
I thought I would finally get over my inability to post FO's in here, and join you guys (don't worry though - I won't catch you up on all my FO's, just might start posting from now on

This is a 'toddler jumper' I recently finished for my SIL's new daughter, although why these are called jumper's I'll never know - to me it's a dress. It still needs to be blocked. I used Cleckheaton's Country Silk, a blend of wool and silk for this little number.

Oh my...that is adorable, Dee!! You should post more often!

BTW... a jumper here IS a dress, but it's sleeveless and is usually worn with a top/t-shirt/blouse underneath. If it's not then it's just a dress.

Do you have a link to a pattern?

Well technically, it is a Anne Hansen pattern, available here, it's the child's cabled jumper on page 15, but I am a little tight on cash and can't warrent buying additional patterns but I just loved it, and it didn't look all that complicated, so I just winged it from the picture. I hope this isn't naughty of me but i do the same thing when people walk past on the street. Let's attribute the pattern to her though, considering it was where I got the idea

Good grief honey, why be shy! Let's see, it is beautiful, you made the pattern up by just looking at the picture... You definitely have lots of right to brag! It is gorgeous work!

When I saw it I just knew it was done in that country silk. I look at that yarn every time I'm in my LYS but can't remember ever seeing an FO in it. It works up beautifully. Can we see a picture of it modeled?

That is so cute - I love it. I wish my neice was still little and could make that for her. She just turned 9 and it is so hard to find cute patterns for that age group.
