they have great customer service! i just wanted to share about my recent order... when i placed the order, i had a hard time chosing the right yarn color because the picture of the color/color# didn't match the drop-down menu of color/color#. so i picked the one i thought was right (it was). but when they filled my order, the drop-down menu color# didn't match any of the actual color#'s. shipping girl threw in the color she thought was right (i ordered a light grey, she packed a charcole). when i contacted the customer service yesterday and explained the situation, she said they would send me the right color free of charge and i could keep the wrong yarn too. so i guess dd is going to get a pretty charcole grey hat to go with her green sweater
