Cascade Fixations
What is the best place to get cascade Fixations (and who ship internationally). I've got 2 balls of this yarn from a swap and I think I'm in love.

Is there much difference between Cascade Fixation and Elann.com Esprit?

Thanks! Unfortunately, they don't have the colors I'm looking for (they do have white, but I want that in combination with black.)
