Hey ya'll!
Several of you know about Shannon having a bout with diverticulitis (rare in her age, inherited type, doc said she's the youngest he's seen with it), colitis and then a kidney stone. anyway, colitis has cleared up, then they found a kidney stone which now seems to be dormant, not moving & the urologist said no need for medical intervention for that (this was a few weeks ago). Well, tomorrow she is to have a colonoscopy regarding the diverticulitis and GI problems she's always had. the doc wants to be very safe because her biological person died recently of an unknown GI cancer, as did his mother. She is seeing the same GI doc that saw him because of the medical history. All that said to ask that she is healed (the tests done in the ER said diverticulitis, tests done afterward said that there was none) if not, that whatever the dr. finds is something that is minor and can be handled with very cheap meds with no side effects! AND, when she was away as a counselor with the youth group one of her roommates moved out without notice or anything, so she's looking for a new roommate, too. It's my hope and prayer that she find the perfect reliable, nice roommate very quickly.
tia for your prayers, I appreciate it very much. i will let you know the results as soon as we find out!
