Blocking cashmere/merino/silk shrug
I just finished knitting Catherine's Mini Cardi/Shrug in Sublime cashmere/merino/silk. The label says "Handwash. Dry Flat. Reshape whilst wet." but I'm debating how to block it. It is beautiful yarn, and I don't want to do anything that might hurt it. Could I just steam it? Any ideas?

If it doesn't need the full wash, you could just spritz with water and block. I did that with a cashmere scarf and it came out great.

I put a little Eucalan in the bottle with water, sprayed it, blocked it and then gave it a good spray again. I dried it overnight and it was perfect.

Thank you! This sounds much less risky to me -- I'll try it.
