I'm a relatively new knitter; I know basic patterns. BUT I cannot decipher the meaning of the following pattern instructions. Can anyone help translate? I understand the required stitches. I just don't understand how the "picot row" works with the "tiny bowknot" row.
Beg with a K row, work 8 rows of Stst. On 9th row (Rs), work "picot turning row" pattern for turned hem. On next WS row, beg working "tiny bowknot patt", keeping selvedge sts in Stst. Work even in patt as set until back measures 13 inches.Picot turning row
