Decrease 1 stitch each side?
I'm working on a baby booties pattern. (http://www.knitting-crochet.com/babboo.html) On Row 39, the directions are to: Decrease 1 stitch each side, Purl (it happens again on Row 41, except followed by Knit).
Does this mean to decrease the first and last stitches of the row?
Thanks!
