I'm SO excited!!
Ok, I know that this is just knitting newbie blathering, but I really am excited and needed tell someone!

I'm working on my first project, a practice scarf. I tried a new stich that obviously I'm not quite ready for , because somehow I dropped 4 stitches along the way. This is my 4th start on the project, I was starting to feel like the queen of frogging.. I wasn't about to start all over AGAIN. So, as scary as it was, I frogged everything back to the last set of stiches that I had mastered and I was able to pick up all of my stitches again

I'm back at it now, although, I AM supposed to be cleaning house right now. Have you ever gone to put something away, only to find something else that distracts you and sends you in another direction and before you know it, your sitting in front of the computer knitting and reading at KH? Please say yes, I'd hate to think that I'm alone in this:rollseyes:

Have a Great Day guys!!

Yep, been there done that. It is great when you finally pull that off for the first time. Good job.

Trust me, I doubt that anyone who knits has never had to frog a project multiple times.

Thats so funny coz that's what I'm doing right now!

Congrats on picking up those stitches, that can be difficult at first. Requires patience, determination and being slightly relaxed I've found. Good luck on your scarf!!!!

Every knitter is a newbie at some point! And I bet most of us have made odd items. I know I have! And learning to correct mistakes and pick up frogged stitches means you are becoming an expert!!! Knit on! And do let us see the FO. We'll all be pleased for you, I promise! samm who is an oldie, but still has to frog and still makes odd things sometimes.......

We all do the "ribbit, ribbit" thing and we all try to knit as much time as possible... Right now i'm putting off sleeping just to check out KH and knit a little...It's an addiction. My DH knew that before me .
