Help Wanted at Stitches Midwest
Reprinting this from the KnitU thread for anyone interested in working with one of the Stitches MW vendors (this August in Rosemont, IL)

-----
Subject: Help Wanted at Stitches
From: leslyes777@aol.com

Hello Everyone. Even though I bring a few employees, I am interested
in hiring some extra help for the exhibit hall at Stitches Mid West.
Is there anyone out there that would like to work for us? I am hoping
I can find a local person who lives near the convention center who
would like to work with lots of delicious yarns and help with some
other things we sell. We would need some help setting up on the
afternoon of Wednesday and possibly Thursday. This might involve the
physical activity of moving/sliding 20 pound boxes of yarn (you get
first pick) and helping us empty them for our display. You would work
using minimal knititng knowledge helping customers our double booth
on Thursday night, Friday and Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:15 pm. On
Sunday, you'd work from 9:30am until the show closes at 4:00pm. Of
course, you should treat yourself to some shopping time, and we will
strive to make sure you get some play time when possible. Then we need
help with packing up....probably a few more hours on Sunday late
afternoon or early evening. We will offer a nice hourly wage plus
extra discounts on our products. If you love the panic of a typical
yarn frenzy at Stitches, you'll have a great time working the show with
us. If you have an interest, call Leslye immediately at 800-242-5648
during business hours. Contact me any by e-mail (leslyes777@aol.com)
with a contact number asap. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Leslye
