Blessed Mother Shawl
I'm working on a Blessed Mother Shawl for a raffle.
This is my WIP for this week [and most of next]

Here is one that I made my MIL for Mother' Day.

They ordered the same color for the raffle, But using Lustersheen this time instead of Knit Picks Shine..

That was the first word that came to mind for me as well! AMAZING! My mum would love one of those.. I have never done any patterned crochet like that.. did you find it difficult when you started?

Thank you all for the kind comments.

One thing I found out is that I can't count.
It's really easy all double crochets.
You just have to do alot of counting..

Is there any way I could borrow your pattern. I started this shawl for my Mom last year and lost the written instructions-YIKES. I would like sooooo much to complete it for my Mom for Christmas.

Beautiful! Filet work does involve a lot of counting.

Wow, sounds beautiful! I'm trying to picture it, because again, I can't see the picture. Is it on your Ravelry page? Is it blue?

Never mind...I just saw it on Ravelry. It's more beautiful than I imagined. Nice work!

Beautiful! I made one of those for a church member in a nursing home a couple of years ago.
