How cute!
I am the proud new gramma of TWO baby boys, so I think I'll knit them both a pair of your 'shoes'.
THANK YOU!

These are really too cute for words! I love them! I am working on some items for a fiber craft charity auction for the BAF and I'm pretty sure some high top booties are going to be on my list now So freaking adorable!!! I am sure the mom and baby will love them

Those are too cute. I have a friend that just had a baby... I think I'll have to make them now.

Okay, I saw these and had to try them myself for a friend of mine that just had a baby. I just used Red Heart and sz 6 needles. I like how they turned out but I think they are too big for a new born and I messed up on 1 spot on the second one and didn't feel like undoing it and redoing it since they were bigger than I wanted. But the little girl across the street has lots of dolls and I'm sure one of them will be able to wear them. I'm going to go tomorrow and get a different yarn and smaller needles and try it again. Thank you Roxtarchic for posting these and inspiring me to do something other than a scarf or a blanket :-)
