Cables in the round...
I think this may be a rather unintelligent question, but I figured it was better just to ask. Is there any difference between knitting cables on straight needles and knitting cables on circular needles? And if there is, does anyone know of a tutorial on it?

The only difference is you won't be purling across the back. I made a cabled hat in the round and it came out beautiful!

When asking questions ALWAYS post the name and a link for the pattern if you have it.

I don't know of a tutorial, but you're always knitting on the front in the round. Any purls from the back side directions will be knits and vice versa, and you'd have to read the row in reverse, as well.
