I've been thinking of making it in chunky yarn. Has anyone ever seen it done that way?

i bet that would work really well. just don't forget to swatch! you may even want to just do two cables, depending on how wide it swatches.

I did it in chunky and it came out at 5" instead of 4.5" so it's not a biggie.........
just the coolest scarf, no?
