reading chart

Good day! I am making a sweater that has a chart that has a 24 row patt repeat, then 28 row patt repeat, then another 24 row patt repeat. When I am done with the 24 patt repeat and have four rows left on the 28 repeat do I just start the 24 patt repeat over? It is called Saltwater out of the RYC Beach Collection book. Here is a pic

Yes, start the 24 over and continue with the rest of the 28. You'll no longer be on the same rows in the charts.
