SOS with fashion cable knit bag
I have begun this cable knit bag a pattern I got from Michael's. I am stuck on the 5th row. Could someone tell me what I am suppose to do for the remaining stitches after I do the Panel Pat A worked over 21 sts) and the odd number rows after that.
Measurement
Approx 16 ins [40.5cm] wide x 13 ins [33 cm] tall, excluding handles.

Tension
13 sts and 17 rows = 4 ins [10cm] with larger needles and 2 strands of yarn in stocking st.

Stitch Glossary
C5B = Slip next 2 sts onto a cable needle and leave at back of work. K3, then K2 from cable needle.

C5F = Slip next 3 sts onto a cable needle and leave at front of work. K2, then K3 from cable needle.

T3B = Slip next 1 st onto a cable needle and leave at back of work. K2, then P1 from cable needle.

12th row: As 2nd row.

Bag
With smaller needles and 1 strand of yarn, cast on 79 sts. Beg with a knit row, work 14 rows in stocking st.

With larger needles and 2 strands of yarn, proceed as follows:

1st row: (RS). *Work 1st row of Panel Pat A. **C5F. K3. Rep from * once, then from * to ** once.

Finishing
Mark position on each side edge 4 ins [10cm] up from cast on edge and 4 ins [10cm] down from cast off edge. Fold Bag in half, matching markers. Sew side seams from markers to fold. Fold cast on and cast off edges through handles and sew in position to last and first rows of stocking st to secure handles. Thread ribbon through C5B and C5F twists at top of back of Bag in two places. Thread left end of ribbon through left C5B and C5F twists and right C5B twist at top of front of Bag. Hi, I am happy to see that someone else is knitting this bag. You are farther along than I am. On Row 2 and alt. rows, did you just knit and purl or did you knit the T5B's etc. As you can see from my previous questions, I have started over as my first attempt was unsuccessful. As far as your question, the directions say to cont in pat keeping cont of Panel Pat and cable, so I would say you repeat. The store I got my pattern from has one on display and it was very pretty. Hoping we both are successful in doing this project. Will be anxious to hear of your progress.

Those 4 rows are the established pattern. You need to repeat them. as dhar35 said.
Repeating 12 rows of panel A, & the 4 rows of cable panel, at same time.
