Will this felt??

I bought the loveliest yarn yesterday at Hobby Lobby on sale for $.99/skein!! It is usually $6.64!

My question though is, will it felt??? Here is what it is made of:
36% polyamide
11% cotton
35% wool
18% acrylic

I know it doesn't have to be 100% wool to felt, but is this enough?
