you did what????
We left for vacation this morning for Vegas and had just taken off from Atlanta. We were sitting in first class, I took out my knitting (a sweater for my dd for her birthday) and as I pulled the needles out of the ball, it slipped out of my hands, slid between our seats and fell on the floor behind us . The couple behind us were sleeping so when the flight attendent came to ask what we would like to drink I ask him if he could retrieve my ball of yarn and just hand it back over the seat. Welllll, the plane was climbing which caused the yarn to roll underneath the seats all the way back through coach until it ran out of yarn!!!! I ended up having to re-roll the ball just so I could get my yarn back! Not one person noticed this purple ball of yarn rolling between their legs!

I can't believe that it didn't bump into anyone's feet.

Maybe they were all knitters and thus didn't find it unusual at all

The picture in my head.. too funny.. and no one was stepping on it? I can see you pulling and pulling and it not going any where..and there this old man with his feet on it ... you having to tell the flight attendent or getting up yourself... "here yarnie..yarnie.."

Thanks for the laugh. That is totally something that would happen to me. I just can't believe no one noticed the yarn rolling down between the seats or felt it bump on their shoes. Be thankful it did not get stuck anywhere and you were able to roll it back up.
