Ribbing Help
I am knitting a sweater from and was wondering if there is a mistake in the pattern. I am creating ribbing on the bottom edge. The first two rows are garter stitch. Then it starts the pattern one edge stitch, *k2, p3*, finish with k3 and one edge stitch. When I start the second row of the ribbing I am doing the opposite of what I think I should be doing as far as knitting knit stitches and purl stitches. Where there are knit stitches, following the pattern I am supposed to be purling there. Anyone have any advice?

Can you post a link to the pattern?

Normally in rib you would work as presented...if you're seeing Knits (the Vs) you'd knit, etc. On the WS, your *k2, p3* becomes *p2, k3.*

Keeping to the knitting basics
