twisted stockinette stitch
I've just purchased a "beginner" pattern for a sleeveless tank top and I do not know what a twisted stockinette stitch is. Anybody out there know what this is?

I believe that it is like knitting except you knit through the back stitch. This will "twist" the stitch to the left.
