Am I reading this pattern correctly....
Hi all:
I'm knitting a baby blanket and was going along just fine until I got to this part of the pattern:

Row 21: K1, Pl blah blah ...
Row 22: P1, K1 blah blah..

Rows 23-40: Repeat Rows 21-22 nine more times

So .. does that mean that I follow pattern rows 21 & 22 on rows 23-40 9 x each?

For example Im working on row 23 .. so I knit the pattern on row 21-22 then go to row 24 and repeat until I've gone through rows 23-40 9x?

I have thorougly confused myself

it sounds like you would just alternate rows 21 and 22 until you're done with row 40. that's it. the 9x gets you to row 40.
row 23=row 21
row 24 = row 22
row 25 = row 21
row 26 = row 22
27=21
do that help?

Yes, Rows 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, and 39 are identical to Row 21. Likewise Rows 24, 26, 28 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, and 40 are identical to Row 22.
