RAMS NFL AFAHGAN

COULD SOMEONE HELP ME FIND A PATTERN TO CROCHET WITH A NFL RAMS HELMET ON IT? OR ANYTHING WITH THE RAMS COLORS??? THIS IS NEW TO ME, AND I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE MY GRANDSON AN AFAHGAN WITH HIS FAVORITE TEAM.

trademarked/ copyrighted logo stuff is hard to find. if you chart it yourself, for personal use, you are in the clear, but I doubt you will find a free pattern or even a liscensed pattern for sale.

there are lots of software programs available for charting pictures, or you could just use some graph paper and colored pencils. Find a picture of the logo you like, and enlarge it, and lay a graph over it. then on paper copy over what color belongs in each block.

the NFL is pretty active on protecting its logos. licenses are not easy or cheap to obtain.

I have seen (licensed) NFL team fleece fabric at the fabric store: maybe you could buy some of that and edge it with crochet?

or you could just find the colors of the team and make a striped or granny afghan with the right colors. he will immediately know what the colors represent!

The Rams are my nephews favorite team too. I'm going to be making him an afghan in the team colors. The colors are Gold and Navy.

My son was mentioning some white it it too, maybe on the fringe. what do you think?
what size will you make?

I think the white would look good with it. I'll probably make just a throw. My G'ma made one for each of her 14 grandkids and I'm picking up the mantle for the great grandkids (she passed away 11 years ago). When each one graduates, I make them an afghan. I have 3 to do this year!!

so what do you mean 'throw'? is it not as big as an afahgan?
do you make them all the same pattern?
