Little bird
My sister just learned how to crochet and I found a bunch of crochet and knit patterns here: http://bittersweetblog.wordpress.com/free-patterns/

So my sister just made this bird today. I can crochet too but I like knitting better.

Your sister's birdie is cute. Thanks for the patterns link. I haven't made any animals yet (knit or crochet), but it's on my "Someday I'm going to make one" list.

Very cute! It's a good way to learn, a little project like that.
