miniature or Barbie ragland sweater

I want to learn how to knit a ragland sweater.. (top down or bottom up- doesn't matter) but, I thought that I'd make it Barbie doll sized and then put it on the tree as a Christmas ornament.

Does anyone know of a pattern like this? I did a search and didn't find anything- but, I'm sure that there are some out there somewhere.

I thought that I'd learn the concept and make something useful out of it- maybe if I make several I could even add them to some of my Christmas gifts- as a special hand-crafted ornament.

I knit some Barbie-size sweaters for the above organization - but I'm not sure if any of the patterns given are as detailed as you want so they could be learning tools, but will certainly work if you just want tree ornaments.

Did you try googling 'Barbie Doll Knit Patterns" or similar. It will give you lots of sites & patterns to look at.

If you can't find a raglan sweater for Barbie, maybe switch to a bigger doll - it might be easier to find the detail needed in a larger size.

I saw Knits for Barbie Doll: 75 Fabulous Fashions for Knitting by Nicky Epstein last week. Might check and see if your library carries it. Sounds like a fun project

Here are a couple I've used. I wish I had pictures to show but I gave them away w/out taking one! I know that last minute knitted gifts has a pattern too.
