Problem Trades

Not sure if I should post here or in the Buy and Sale.

Back in August I agreed to an even trade of my book for their book. I sent mine and followed up with emails. I still haven't received their promised book nor will they return my emails.

I was wondering if this has happened to others and how often it occurs.

Have you tried PM ing her on KH? I haven't had any trouble with getting the stuff I buy on KH.That is a bummer.
