I loved knitting this vest. The pattern was well written and easy to follow. This was my first big colorwork project, and it leaves me wanting to do more!

Pattern: Eunny Jang's Deep V Argyle Vest

Yarn: Jaeger Merino DK, 3 skeins gray, 3 skeins red

I ran out of the main color yarn for the neck ribbing, so I used the contrasting color.

I don't love the fit as much as I loved knitting this, but I will wear it. I probably should have knit a size larger.

Comments/criticism welcome and appreciated!
Wonderful work! And what an adorable figure! KUDOS to you! Thanks for taking time to post photos!

Thanks for all of the wonderful comments!

Someone asked about the level of knitting - I'd suggest doing some color work prior to knitting this just to get a feel for how knitting with 2 colors works. You could just do that with the swatch though. Besides that, it's not a bad knit!

Wow, it's beautiful. Great fit, very flattering. I think this pattern involves steeking, too, so double triple points to you.

Looks great! It is in my long list of projects I want to knit. But I am going to try her Endpaper Mitts first since I have never done colorwork. I've heard those are a good first project.
