Trial Baby Bootie

I have been wanting to knit baby booties off of two straight needles. I found a pattern that was easy to read, since I am a newbie, and just learning to read patterns.

I took a pair of size 6 needles, I know I need larger ones, but this was a trial run to see if I could make them. I DID!!!

They have some mistakes but at least I am getting it down for when i start the larger ones for my baby boy. I only made one since I wanted to see how it would turn out.

Thanks everyone.

I found a baby bootie pattern that I really want to do. So I am working on it.

Learned one thing don't work on things late at night just cause you can't sleep. I mistaked K2 for K2tog. LOL, thank god I wasn't that far into like row 5. So I pulled it apart and decided to try tomorrow.

Once I get this all figured out, where I know I won't make a mistake. I am going to make my little boy (due in Jan) blue little booties.
