Look What My DH Made Me!
He went out to the garage and made me a cable needle! It's not perfect but it was his FIRST TRY! It's awesome!! I am SO glad my DH is crafty too!

It may not be perfect, but I bet it's the best cable needle you ever had.

Here's a link with a pic and explanation. http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...%3Den%26sa%3DN

I am learning to spin on a drop spindle and wanted it to help me contain my yarn in someway while I work with it.

I was looking for a pair of DPN's in a certain size but couldn't find them. Hubby bought long needles and turned them into a set of 5 DPN's, he even made a holder for them! There are so cute and I love them. Aren't our hubby's great!
