Need a beginner sweater pattern
Okay, even though I've been knitting for over a year, the only things I've managed to make are single color, rectangles: afghans, scraves, dishcloths... I would like to try to make a sweater for my daughter (size 3T). I am very nervous about trying to knit a sweater. I started knitting over a year ago, but don't get to knit regularly due to my schedule, so even though I've been knitting for a while, I am still a beginner to easy level knitter. Can anyone suggest a first sweater pattern for a little girl's sweater? Thanks in advance!

maybe this one, just a little more complex than a rectangle, but not much.

This one!!!!!

It was my first sweater - the shaping is very simple and the pattern is easy too. Here it is on my oldest daughter:

My first sweater was a wonderful wallaby. It is knit in the round so there is no seaming. For me the hardest thing was the kitchner stitch on the hood but the video here helped. Occasionally I made it harder than it was for myself and I would run to my lys and say help. Thye would explain and would have my duh moment and run home and knit. It was pretty quick too.
Recent FO:Damask just needs a handle and some waxed cording.
3 pair of clogs
OTN: Wonderful Wallaby for dd(on hold)
Pigeldy done but needs to be seamed and felted
Thorne market bag
Clogs (to replace shawls)
Christmas Stocking
In line to be cast on:Clogs (2 more pair)
scarf for ds
cat scarf for ds#2
2 booga bags
