You must have already made some short row wrap and turns
as this is what the "k next st and wrap tog" is referring to.
When you come to the stitch that has been wrapped you will
knit the stitch and wrap together, then wrap the next st and
continue on. I believe the video on this site that demonstrates
short rows shows how to knit the st and wrap together.
