Sorry... I should have said all that. Its from the book Pretty in Punk. I'm sure you could make it for children, you would just need to cast on fewer stitches and make a few adjustments. I graphed the G out myself.

It's also in Dominknitrix. The pattern is a little different though. I wonder which one is easier? Your hat is fabulous!
