fo: spring cable socks
these are a pair of socks that i made for the sockdown october contest for the sock knitter's anonymous group over on ravelry. the pattern can be found here: http://spacekitty.wordpress.com/2007...g-cable-socks/
i made mine out of some lorna's laces that had not been designated to a certain project. i made my socks considerably shorter than the ones made from the pattern...mostly because i wanted to get them done faster! i went down a needle size than what was recommended and they fit pretty well (i wear a size 7). i also noted that the decreases listed for the gusset? and the toes should be switched. k2tog instead of ssk and vice versa. hope you guys like them!
