Easy Baby pants/bottom pattern?

Hello all. Does anyone have an easy/beginner pattern for baby pants/bottoms? Sized for a 12 month old.

I'm knitting the baby sweater on the cover of this pattern book ...

If I'm able to get it finished (with all the help I'm getting from this site it looks like a great possibility!) I would love to make a simple bottom to go with it. I can't seem to find anything I'd be able to do though.

I made the Cargo Pants at Knitty.com. I thought they turned out great! I added some short row shaping to accomodate cloth diapers.

I've made the ones from Tinybird Organics site. They turned out very nicely and were simple to make. samm
