Your girls look like they feel very glamorous in their gowns and ballet slippers. Nice job.

Those slippers are the cutest. I'm an adult and want a pair of my own. Lol. . .

questions ???
I had printed off the pattern a couple of days ago to make for my neice and coworkers daughter....but I have a couple of questions. Did you use elastic yarn as the pattern calls for or just a few yards of something you had on hand? How did you size them? I am making my niece 8" clogs, but for 8" foot length the pattern seems to call that an adult...she's 5 - this means that 1- she has really big feet 2 - my brother needs to work on his ruler reading skills.
P.S. your slipper, nightgowns, and girls are beautiful

Lima- Thanks! Nope, actually they're 2 years apart, but we get that question a lot.

I used caron simply soft because I had it left over from another project. I didn't actually measure my kids' feet, I just guessed and made the toddler size for my 3yo because she's small for her size, and the child size for my 5 yo. The toddler size is a bit small for the little one, but the child size is rather large for the bigger one, so I guess I guessed right over all. The slippers are really stretchy, so they both work out just fine. If it helps you, my 3yo is wearing size 7 shoes, and my 5 yo is wearing 10.5 shoes.

Are you felting the clogs? If so, you have to make them a lot bigger because they shrink when you felt them. However, although I'm not near my kids right now, I'm looking at a ruler and there is NO way that my 5 yo has 8" long feet. So if your brother said that his daughter's feet are actually 8" long, that's probably not right.
