cheap alternative to buying a swifter

I got a great idea from a previous post on KH...I was looking for the best ball winder and swifter, and someone suggested using a "spinning lampshade" instead of a swifter..it works so well, I am not buying a swifter at this time..There was no tangling, and I used the ball winding method on Amy's KH video.. it was so great cause I bought some Malabrigo on sale and made a mess of the first ball trying to wind it from the back of a chair..I thought it was worth repeating... just loosen the screw that tightens the lampshade on the lamp and put the yarn over it and pull.. the lampshade I used was fatter at the bottom so it doesn't slip off (upside down cone shape)...
