New Knitter again :)
I asked a question i believe it was yesterday and everyone was so helpful i was so happy my new question is that i am starting my first project!! :D a scarf!! nothing fancy but i was looking into either stockinette or a ribbed pattern k2 p2, but i really like the stockinette! my question is how to i border to keep it from rolling up? Thanks !

You can do a seed stitch or a moss stitch or garter stitch...

This site has pictures of them...

Just make sure you do it at the bottom, top and sides.

You could also look at the patterns on that site and find a simple knit/purl stitch and do that...

The border should be at least an inch deep/wide, or it'll still curl. So about 6 or 8 rows to begin and about 5 sts on each side.
