When knitting in the round, is the chart read from left to right or right to left?

3. Stag Bag (on the back...don't want to do the st st)

1. Mantilla Lace Doily (I forgot where I am on this)

The chart is like a picture of your knitting from the RS, so in the round - all rows right to left.
