Help with finishing Vest Pattern

First thanks for everyone that answers my post I don't always take time to say thanks.
Ok I am at the top of the left side of this vest and I just finished shaping armholes the next set of instructions say: At the same time, bring 1 more stitch into Twisted Rib pattern at front edge every four rows. Note the front edge stitch will continue to be knit on every row.
Can someone decipher this for me?

Increase a stitch at the front edge every 4 rows. The very edge stitch is knit every row, do the increase just inside it and work it into the twisted rib pattern.
