Perhaps you could wrap up the 'in progress' scarves, along with a screen shot from this website showing the list of 'how to knit' videos available?

Is it awful that I should hate the sight of these scarves right now? I wrapped all the other presents tonight. Just those scarves left to wrap IF I should ever get them knit so I can wrap them. I think I shall dream about boucle in my sleep for months after this project or perhaps have nightmares about flying knitting needles chasing me around the livingroom.

Oh Christine, I can't believe she said that! You don't deserve to be spoken to that way. I hope that Jan is right and that all she meant was that the scarves are meant to be pretty and not warm- but we DO live in Canada...
Anyways, don't kill yourself pulling all nighters to get the scarves done. It's just not worth it. Relax and knit something you enjoy for a while. This could make you hate knitting *gasp!*, so don't worry about it! I still have half a blanket to knit....EEK!
Also, I recomment reading the yarn harlot's blog- she's on a tight Christmas knitting schedule right now and it will make you laugh at how stressed out she is.

Don't count on that MamaDawn, she just told me that "she KNOWS I'll be finished the scarves in time for Christmas". I don't understand how she could KNOW that as she did not ask how long it would take when she placed her order. I have the grandchildren all weekend so I won't get much knitting done and that means I loose three days.

"Scarf Hell" continues...
