I have been absent in recent weeks from this KAL! :( I have allowed myself to slip out of my diet and to do whatever I want. Since I have had alot of stress lately, I really didn't even want to think about dieting.. But, I'm coming back to this challenge. I desperately need to lose some weight and to be committed to health. Please cross your fingers and send me good vibes today. The first couple of weeks is always the hardest.
