Whoa I've been slacking!
Still checking in on the thread regularly.
I've put on some of the pounds I lost, but not all. I fell off the wagon a bit this past week since I was on vacation, but I'm already back on. I feel bloated and gassy
Still drinking lots of water and trying to have a high fiber content to my diet.
I want to do a little jump start so I'm trying to go pretty low carb this week. I need to figure out how to do that and still get in my fiber every day. I'm going to to look up high fiber non-starchy vegetables. I'm not going no-carb and I realize I may not lose much because of that, but I'm cutting out my evening grain serving and probably most fruits (the dried cranberries on my salad, raisins in my cereal,etc). Whatever high-carb content grains I do
eat I'm going to make sure they are consumed before 3pm. Back to SparkPeople!
Even though I'm still constantly exhausted (I am starting to wonder if there is something physically/medically wrong with me) I am going to make an honest effort to get an acceptable amount of cardio exercise.
On the UFO front: I finished Mr. Greenjeans! And started up the last promised pair of Endpaper Mitts (and bought two skeins of Malabrigo Laceweight--what?! Don't judge!
) I need to finish those mitts this week and then I'm going to poke myself in the eyeballs if I ever have to look at that pattern again! I'm so DONE with making a million pairs of those!!!
Oh and on an unrelated note: I've been accepted to my top 3 choices for graduate programs!!
It's a huge weight and stress off my shoulders. Now I just have to wait for the scholarship and financial aid info to roll in.
